  • What will my appointment Involve?
I will ask you a variety of questions at the start so we can agree on the best course of treatment for you. After this, a full assessment of movement, muscle power, walking pattern analysis and various other measures may be taken. An updated home exercise programme will be provided at the end of each session.
  • Can I book through my Insurance company?
In short, yes! Wholesome Rehab is recognised by the majority of Insurance companies
  • How long is my appointment?
Initial physiotherapy appointments will take up to 60 minutes to allow time for me to take a detailed history. Follow up appointments are either 45 or 60 minutes long, depending on the goal.
  • How many appointments will I need?
There is no set number I can give to you. This will be determined after I have completed a detailed initial assessment

I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) where you can use the link below to check the register. https://www.hcpc-uk.org/check-the-register/ I am insured via membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). https://www.csp.org.uk
  • What should I wear for my appointment?
I will need to take a detailed look at the treatment area, so wearing light clothing is recommended
  • Do I need to be referred by my Doctor?
If you are going to be paying for treatment yourself, then there is no need to go to your GP first. If you will be using private medical insurance, please check your policy first
